Blairsville, Georgia - Panel Built Inc., a leading provider of modular structures, is proud to announce its 30th fiscal year in the industry. Founded in June of 1995 by brothers Mike and Patrick Kiernan, Panel Built has continually exemplified a commitment to excellence and customer service in providing innovative space solutions.

From its humble beginnings as a producer of pre-manufactured, panelized buildings, Panel Built has evolved into a comprehensive provider of modular building products, catering to a wide range of needs from material handling to physical security.


Today, Panel Built's diverse product lines - including custom modular offices, mezzanines, security booths, exterior buildings, and cleanrooms - are all manufactured on-site in one of five state-of-the-art modular production facilities. These facilities ensure the highest quality standards and allow for greater flexibility and customization to meet the unique needs of each project.

Over the years, Panel Built has expanded its reach from Blairsville, Georgia, to the global stage, leaving its mark in all 50 United States and across international borders, including South Korea, Canada, Italy, The Democratic Republic of Congo, and beyond.
