Prism eLogistics (UK) Ltd Chooses Nulogy to Digitize Contract Packing and Shrink Sleeving Operations

Prism eLogistics (UK) Ltd selects supply chain collaboration solutions provider Nulogy to digitize its contract packing and shrink sleeving operations to enhance agility, operational efficiency, and quality

Prism eLogistics (UK) Ltd Chooses Nulogy to Digitize Contract Packing and Shrink Sleeving Operations

Nulogy, a leading provider of supply chain collaboration solutions, is digitizing the end-to-end contract packing workflow for Prism eLogistics (UK). The provider of storage, fulfillment, pick and pack, and distribution is leveraging Nulogy’s software to enhance agility, operational efficiency, and quality by digitizing its contract packing and shrinking operations.

Established in 2020, Prism eLogistics has quickly built a strong reputation in the logistics industry, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The company offers a wide range of services, including shrink sleeving, storage, distribution, e-commerce, and secondary contract packing for products such as beverages, cosmetics, personal care items, alcohol, and nutritional products.

Operating from its U.K. headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire, where shrink sleeving, fulfillment, contract packing, and remediation services are a significant part of its offerings, Prism eLogistics has focused on scaling its business, eliminating paperwork, and enhancing collaboration with brand customers through digitalization. Previously relying on e-commerce-specific software that lacked the functionality needed for its contract packing workflow, the company identified Nulogy’s Shop Floor Solution as the perfect fit to optimize its operations and drive efficiency and profitability.

“Digitalizing our processes is a key component of our growth strategy,” said Ian Wright, Sales Director, Prism eLogistics (UK) Ltd. “In the co-packing industry, where accuracy and efficiency are crucial, partnering with Nulogy will give us the real-time data and insights necessary to streamline operations, control costs, and improve our service quality. This solution is essential for supporting our current expansion and for positioning us to meet future demands, ensuring we continue to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to brand customers.”

Nulogy’s system digitizes the end-to-end contract packing workflow, from estimating and planning jobs to managing materials and inventory on the line, and optimizing labor allocation. The system also enhances quality inspections and product recall processes with accurate batch tracking at the touch of a button, which is critical for FMCG brands to ensure rapid resolution of product issues and regulatory compliance. The software implementation for Prism eLogistics is scheduled for the fourth quarter.

Aligned with its growth strategy, Prism eLogistics will receive its second high-speed sleeving line and move to larger premises, while continuing to operate across its existing sites.

Nulogy will provide full control and visibility across all locations, supporting the company’s expansion plans. These significant investments are supported by Prism eLogistics’ parent company, Spearpoint Security Group Pte Ltd, based in Singapore.

“The backing of Spearpoint Security Group has been instrumental in enabling us to make these significant advancements, positioning us for sustained growth and success in the highly competitive logistics and sleeving sectors,” said Paul Mitchell, Managing Director, Prism eLogistics (UK) Ltd.

“Forward-thinking companies like Prism eLogistics understand the importance of specialized digital solutions for managing their contract packing operations. Being ‘Powered by Nulogy’ gives co-packers a competitive edge by enabling superior service quality, improved throughput and traceability, and greater customer responsiveness,” said Josephine Coombe, Chief Commercial Officer, Europe, Nulogy. “We look forward to supporting Prism eLogistics in improving operational efficiency, serving their brand customers more effectively, and supporting their growth in the market.”

As Nulogy continues to expand its global market share, the company also recently announced MTK Services, a Quebec-based contract packager and logistics provider, selected the Shop Floor Solution to expand the digital foundation of its co-pack operation.
