To give thanks to United States' military service members, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) has established discounts for both active duty and veteran military members. The discounts were launched in May, which was designated as member appreciation month by CSCMP as well as National Military Appreciation Month in the United States.
CSCMP now offers a discounted membership rate of US$175 (US$325 value) for all active duty and veteran service members. To attend the organization's EDGE annual conference, military members receive a discounted registration rate of US$995 (US$2,495 value).
Additionally, all SCPro Certification Exams are 100-percent reimbursable by the GI Bill, which helps U.S. service members and eligible veterans cover the costs associated with getting an education or training.
