Most job hunters, including those in the supply chain field, use personal connections or referrals to find work, according to a recent survey by executive recruiters TopGrading Solutions Inc. The firm polled 756 employed and unemployed candidates about their job-hunting efforts from mid-June to mid-October of 2008. TopGrading Solutions is an executive search firm that specializes in retail, payments, supply chain and logistics, and banking.
