Körber honors Women Leaders in Supply Chain

Körber honored outstanding achievements of female leaders making a difference and spearheading digital transformation across the supply chain at Elevate Americas in Orlando, FL. More than 700 delegates attended the annual user conference March 12-15, 2023, and recognized women leaders in the supply chain industry for their significant contributions.

Chad Collins, CEO Software at Business Area Supply Chain, said: “With the increasing complexities faced by the supply chain industry, we identify and celebrate the women whose resilience, skills, and leadership have kept supply chain networks moving forward in demanding times. Technology can help, but it will always rely on the leaders who rise to the challenges of our digital age in exemplary ways.”

Five honorees were awarded this year:

Rosemarie Dolatre, Global Distribution Supply Chain Manager at Amgen: the epitome of a global supply chain professional, with a deep understanding of the cultural expectations, government requirements and transportation needs required as she single-handedly led a successful MSI Audit implementation across four global regions.

Shira Yoskovitch, Vice President Corporate Development & Transformation at SCI Group Inc: as a recognized voice in the industry with over 25 years in supply chain strategy and transformation, she has spent much of her career mentoring and coaching women to help them navigate and elevate their own careers. Shira brings expertise, confidence and a continuous-improvement attitude to her work — and makes the industry better for it.

Tammy Schmidt, Chief Operating Officer at Lambert Vet Supply: as the critical driver of innovation and operations for Lambert Vet Supply, she overcame many challenges to implement a comprehensive robotics solution to revolutionize the company’s warehouse operations and scale the business
Diane Matos, Developer at Lineage Logistics: an imperative contributor to the immense growth of the Lineage Logistics family and successful deployment of the Körber 3PL solution across numerous sites. She has demonstrated courage and creativity while balancing key business objectives to ensure Lineage uses the most advanced feature sets of the solution.

Anna Ameduri, Vice President Global Logistics at Glidewell Dental Lab: a creative and impactful logistics leader with more than 35 years’ experience leading transportation teams that deliver outstanding results for a unique business model based on expedited B2B delivery. Anna has been at the forefront of piloting non-standard parcel and courier relationships to drive results for her business and customers. She has also managed teams that place actionable analytics at the center of decision-making, years before "BI" was an industry standard among transportation leaders.
